If you still haven't tested your transit time or it has been a while, grab some organic beetroot or corn, eat it and take note of how long it takes until it comes out the other end! 12-24 hours is normal. If it takes any longer than that, or comes out quicker than that, let me know.

The BOSU is like an exercise ball that's been cut in half with a platform on the bottom.
