Earn money through Personal Training!
MENTORING

Just started in the fitness industry? Or have you been in the industry a while but haven't been able to earn decent money? Need some coaching on any aspect of personal training? Brad can help you...

Brad has been working in the fitness industry since 1996 and personal training full-time as Triple S Personal Training since 1998 in Australia, Japan and the USA. He has run very successful gym-based and outdoor-based businesses and has employed three sub-contractors over that time. He has also been contracted several times to train couples and families on their overseas holidays in California, Michigan and Hawaii in the United States.

Administration Kit
Having problems keeping your paperwork together? Do you not even have any paperwork? Brad believes that it's important to be on top of your administrational duties. It is the one thing that he gets questioned about most often. If you want to keep clients for years at a time, you need to keep them interested, provide them with lots of variety and fun in their training, and most of all, show them that they are getting results!! Show your clients that you are organised, professional and working hard for the money they pay you. Don't just limit your work to the time you spend with them in the gym. Go that extra step further to impress them and you will retain your clients for a long time. You can only go for so long 'winging' each session with unplanned exercises until they get bored and move on.

For only $499 per business you get a disc containing 22 documents (PDF format) with your business logo at the top of each document. Brad has taken the last 10 years to refine these forms which will make your daily administration a piece of cake.

Click here to read the listing of documents you will receive. Admin Kit Listing (Adobe Acrobat)

If you work at Fitness First with Brad, ask him to show you a presentation folder showing you everything you will receive.

Website Construction
In this day and age, you are simply not in business if you do not have a website. It makes your business look so much more professional. It is the best place to showcase your work to the world. Learn how to make and update your own website using Macromedia MX, the best software for website design. Don't pay someone to constantly do all the work for you. It will save you a lot of time and money if you learn from the start, how to create and update a simple website yourself.

Brad has been making websites for years. He currently has 5 websites on the net.

1-3/ Holistic Trainer - www.holistictrainer.net, a one stop for everything related to health. There are also 2 other associate websites aligned with this website.??

4/ Triple S Personal Training - www.ssspt.com, the current website you are viewing. This site has been changed several times. Change is important to keep people coming back to your site!

5/ ExploreNow.net - www.explorenow.net, a travel website that encompasses years of Brad and his wife's time traveling the world. A business they created to help travelers and travel businesses.

Brad has used 3 different webhosts and has worked extensively with Search Engine Optimisation companies to learn about how to make sites more searchable with search engines like Google, so he can easily point you in the right direction.

APPRENTICESHIP / SUBCONTRACTOR

The inception of Triple S Personal Training was in July 1999 in Sydney by Brad Rasmus. He has since worked at various gyms around Sydney, for over 2 years in Japan, and for private clients in Hawaii and on the American mainland. He is settled in Sydney and is looking for like-minded health professionals to fly the Triple S flag with him. Over time, he aims to do less training himself, while educating other professionals to continue the systems and training success that he has in place.

Therefore, Brad has created an apprenticeship program for Personal Trainers. He wants to not only train people to be able to run their own personal training business, but also be able to develop a team of subcontracting trainers that are sought after in the local area. This applies to trainers working within a Fitness First facility, or who want to specialise in outdoor training.

Brad has put a lot of hard work into systemising Triple S over the years and wants it to remain a quality business that also works with and refers to other quality health professionals. It is important that he works with trainers who like working with people, have a great personality, a hunger for knowledge, and are 100% focused on providing a professional level of service.

In exchange for the terms below, Brad retains a percentage of the subcontractor's earnings. It is therefore in Brad's best interest to keep subcontractors busy with clients!

For tax and legal reasons, an apprentice is a subcontractor. Not a legal employee of Triple S. There are two types of subcontractors under the Triple S banner:

A/ FULL TIME SUBCONTRACTOR
• Works exclusively under the Triple S business name
• Has preference over part-timers in receiving referred clients
• Has access to Triple S educational library of DVD’s, audio files, folders and books
• Weekly mentor session consisting of many topics mentioned above in the mentor section
• Business cards
• Profile on www.ssspt.com website
• Personal www.holistictrainer.net web page
• Email address (yourname@ssspt.com) if required
• Weekly available training times posted on the NEWS page of www.ssspt.com
• Access to all administration paperwork eg: questionnaires, program cards, systems, excel accounting programs etc. (ask Brad Rasmus for more details)
• Access to other health professionals that Triple S has networked with over the years. A lot of these companies offer discounted or free first appointments for Triple S clients
• Responsible for their own accounting, insurance, bookkeeping, superannuation and other related costs

B/ PART TIME SUBCONTRACTOR
• Trains Triple S referred clients on an as-needed basis
• Works under their own business name
• Weekly mentor session when currently training Triple S referred clients
• Personal www.holistictrainer.net web page
• Is responsible for their own accounting, insurance, bookkeeping, superannuation and other related costs

If you are interested in becoming a subcontractor, CONTACT Brad for an interview today.
