KEY

1/ BALMORAL TOURIST RUN (x1 laps)
Best way to see the sights of beautiful Balmoral Beach! Well some people would probably disagree! :) Top of Awaba st, run down, right turn along beach walkway until carpark at end, follow track around Balmoral oval, run back along same beach track, left back up Awaba street, finish at top.

2/ LAPS OF BALMORAL OVAL (x1-3 laps)
Following the paved track around Balmoral oval.

3/ BEACH RUN (x1-5 laps)
1 lap = distance between the life bouy box at the north end of Edwards beach and the stairs of the kiosk at the southern end of Watermark restaurant.

4/ BARNEYS STAIRS (best of 3)
Barney Kearnes Stairs near Rosherville reserve are brutal! Whether you walk or run it! Time is from the bottom to the top. Best of 3 turns.

5/ AWABA STREET DEATH (X1-8)
This street is ridiculously challenging even for the fittest of fit people. Time represents from bottom to top. If you are crazy, work your way up to doing 8! The infamous Balmoral Burn run that happens every year in May.
6/ STAIRS OF DEATH (x1)
Stairs that seem like they will never end! Just near the chin-up bar in Balmoral oval. 1 lap is from the start of the wooden bridge to the metal gate at the top and back to the start.
7/ BIKE: Awaba Street (X1)
Biking from Awaba street cafe up to the top of Awaba street.
8/ BIKE: Zig Zag up to Spit Road
The easier but longer way up to Spit road if going straight up Awaba scares you! Starting at Awaba st cafe, you take the first left turn and then zig zag the streets up to the top of Awaba st.
