In relation to the 7 steps to Survival that you have learnt from your trainer, answer these questions:

a) THOUGHTS: What are the biggest changes to your daily thoughts on what you think is good and bad for YOU? i.e. fat, protein, artificial sweeteners, canned food, tap water intense training etc

b) BREATHING: Have zone exercises and breathing exercises on the foam roller helped you? Do you now understand the importance of allowing your belly to fatten up when you breathe in? Why is nose breathing better for you? Has it helped relieve your neck tension?

c) HYDRATION: How much water are you now drinking? Is it filtered? Are you using hard plastic or glass bottles to store / carry it? Have you stopped drinking soft drinks, alcohol etc?

d) NUTRITION: What food and how much are you eating compared to before? What metabolic type are you? What foods do not work for you despite what you have previously learnt to be healthy? Are you eating organic food?

e) MOVEMENT: Do you understand the difference between working-out vs working-in (breathing, zone exercises)? How important is posture in your ability to reduce pain, increase muscle and lose bodyfat?

f) SLEEP / REST: Do you get to bed earlier now? Do you reduce the amount of time in front of the TV and computers prior to bed? Are you waking up in the middle of the night anymore?

g) STRESS: In relation to the following categories of stress: Thermal, Psychic, Nutritional, Physical, Chemical and Electro-magnetic, what have you changed to improve your health?
eg: - Did you visit an NLP therapist or psychologist for some brain exercise?
- Have you reduced the amount of chemicals that you clean your house with and put on your skin daily?
- Have you reduced your amount of electromagnetic exposure? ie. TV, computers, mobile phone (using loudspeaker), moved radio away from bedside table)
