1/ What originally got you and Randy involved
in Personal Training with me?
My friend, Michelle Kalsi said you were great.
2/ What specific improvements have you noticed
since you started?
I lost 20 pounds of post-baby weight and have gotten stronger and more
toned.
3/ What nutritional changes have you made
to your diet?
I have a pretty healthy diet so I haven't made too many changes. One
different thing that I do is keep Zone Perfect bars in my tennis bag
for low energy times.
4/ Do you have a favourite part of each session?
Stretching (ha,ha). My favourite part of each session is being
pushed to go more sets/reps than I
would on my own. I have benefited the most from running. I had never
run consistently, before working out with Brad.
5/ Have you utilised my website much at all?
I do read the articles that interest me. I also check my times compared
to others that you train (The COMPETE page).
6/ Are there any small improvements in your
day to day life that have changed?
I have consistently worked out most of my adult life so there aren't
too many changes.
7/ Who would you recommend Personal Training
to?
Everyone
8/ What would you say to people that who say
they can't fit exercise and eating right into their lifestyle?
That anyone can do it. Once you start and see the results and how differently
you feel , it's impossible to go back to being lazy.
9/ Is there anything I do that is different
to past trainers you've had or other methods of exercise you've done?
You are a very good motivator. Also, you make exercising fun.
10/ Will you continue to exercise for the
rest of your years?
