TRAINER - BRAD RASMUS
Brad has been working in different facets of the fitness industry
since September 1996. As Personal Training was gaining popularity
he created Triple S Personal Training in July of 1999, and has
been training people ever since. He has worked in 7 different
fitness centres globally, had home and outdoor businesses, and
has been contracted 4 times on clients personal holidays in 4
states of America.
Upon returning to Australia after living and working in Japan
and the U.S., he set up business on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
Since being immersed in the teachings of Paul Chek of the C.H.E.K.
Institute, he has met many amazing professionals with a passion
for health and helping people. Chris Jones and Cameron Ashley
were two people that he saw as being perfect business partners
to create Panacea
Health in December of 2008. Look out for the complete amalgamation
of our businesses soon!
"A fit and healthy lifestyle have always been a big part
of my life and I want to show you how much of an impact it can
have if you make it a regular part of your life too. With my knowledge
and experience coaching people on exercise, nutrition and lifestyle
through C.H.E.K. Philosophies and Personal Training, I am extremely
confident that I can help you change your life and health for
the better! I will help you achieve the fitness level, lifestyle
changes and body shape that you deserve".
