Brad
has been working it different facets of the fitness industry
in different countries since September 1996. He started
off working in variety of roles at three Sydney gyms then
migrated to being a gym floor instructor which he stayed
doing for 3 years. As Personal Training was gaining popularity
he created Triple S Personal Training in July of 1999 and
has been training people ever since in different fitness
centres and people's homes around the world.
His
first overseas stop was Japan, where he set up Triple S
and for more than 2 years enjoyed a fascinating culture
and language and took his training experience to the foreigner
and bi-lingual population of Tokyo. The business was a fantastic
success allowing him to also attain private clients that
used my his services in other countries for summer holidays.
After Japan he employed a friend to take over the business
and then took the long way back to Sydney, traveling the
world for a year and half whilst sporadically training private
clients in the United States. He's now been back in Sydney
since Feb 2006, and has started from scratch again on Sydney's
Northern beaches. He is now immersed in the teachings of
Paul Chek of the C.H.E.K. Institute. An elite certification
in corrective and holistic exercise kinesiology. Since October
2006 he has acquired 3 CHEK certifications, allowing him
to take a very holistic view at how a person's lifestyle
can affect their ability to change.

WHO HAS BRAD TRAINED? WHAT EXPERIENCE DOES HE HAVE?
Since
1996 Brad has trained everyone from 6 year old kids to 75
year old weight training grandmas. He's trained groups of
disabled kids, athletes, TV and music celebrities, models
and lots of different people of different races from different
countries. He's helped rehabilitate people in conjunction
with doctors, physiotherapists and chiropractors. He has
also trained 3 x Body For Life Challenge Top 10 contenders,
giving him great experience in being able to help transform
peoples bodies dramatically. On top of this he has been
very fortunate to be privately contracted to train everyone
from couples to whole families in 4 different states of
America. He is also a trainer of trainers, creating a 'mentor
program' whereby he teaches what he knows to aspiring personal
trainers. He is also the creator or a website system called
HolisticTrainer.net,
a one stop information and product purchase point for health
professionals and their clients.
Living
'normal'
life again after being abroad in Japan and living the
life of 'ExploreNow.net'; a travel website that he and
his wife created to help them travel the world for free
for 15 months. Check out www.explorenow.net.
Currently living and working on the Northern Beaches of
Sydney and expanding the Triple S name and services around
Sydney.
All
sports especially bodyboarding and weight training. Traveling,
learning different languages, photography, guitar and
partying it up! Spending time with family and friends
and my wife Rebecca.
