Susan
is a dedicated fitness professional who has been working within the
the fitness industry since 2002. After almost 10 years in the Corporate
world, Susan embarked on her own personal mind and body transformation
as she became more aware of the impact personal and work stress was
having on her physical and mental wellbeing. Susan's own 12
week body and mind challenge taught her the foundations of exercise
and nutrition, which she still continues to apply to her training
today. Susan's success in the challenge was rewarded with a top 10
placing in the Australian Finals of the Body
For Life Challenge.
Recognising the
value that nutrition and exercise played in her life, Susan decided
to leave her corporate job and turn her passion for health and fitness
and, ultimately her desire to help others, into a full-time career.
After completing
her Advanced Certificate 4 in Personal Training she started working
in one of the major female fitness clubs as a senior Personal Trainer.
As a Trainer she developed her ability to listen, support and encourage
the people she coached and quickly recognised the ongoing guidance
and direction her clients needed to achieve their goals. Over time
this has led Susan to review her training style and take a more innovative
and intelligent approach to better physical and mental wellbeing.
In 2006 Susan
foccussed on the teachings of Intergrated Corrective exercise techniques,
learning effective tools to identify muscular imbalances and postural
screening. Tools vital to bringing the body back into it's natural
equilibrium. Susan continues to learn these practices under the highly
trained guidance of Brad Rasmus (Director of Triple SSS).

Susan has trained

for general health and wellbeing to young athletes, to aspiring armed

has included pre and post pregnancy, pre and post menopause and post

With a slant towards
improving emotional and mental wellbeing, Susan provides you with
the tools to help you to live an injury and pain free life, whilst
incorporating the traditional methods of exercise for fat loss, muscular
strength gains, cardio vascular enhancement, boxing conditioning and
weight management.
Susan's goal as
a trainer is to educate and motivate you, to keep you focused. Prior
to becoming a Trainer, Susan had the privilege of working with the
Australian Hockeyroos, on their journey to winning gold at the 2000
Sydney Olympics. She gained great insight into their high performance

can be applied to anyone wishing to embark on a health and fitness
program with success.
